Reporting a problem
To help us investigate efficiently, include:
- The public webpage URL you attempted to audit
- The approximate date and time of the request
- The error message shown in ChatGPT
- Relevant screenshots with sensitive information removed
Never email passwords, private keys, payment details or one-time sign-in links.
Common limitations
- Only public HTTP and HTTPS webpages can be audited.
- Local, private and restricted network addresses are blocked.
- Webpages requiring authentication cannot be audited.
- Some JavaScript-rendered content may not appear in results.
- Large responses, excessive redirects and unsupported content types may be rejected.
- Writrex SEO audits one webpage at a time at launch.

Using Writrex SEO in ChatGPT
Writrex SEO can now be connected to ChatGPT. For the complete connection guide, starter prompts, credit-safe follow-ups and troubleshooting, visit How to Use Writrex SEO.
Once connected, provide a complete public webpage URL and ask ChatGPT to use Writrex SEO. For example:
Use Writrex SEO to audit https://example.com/ and summarize the five highest-priority SEO issues.
Account access
Writrex SEO uses secure passwordless sign-in. Request a sign-in link using the email address associated with your account. Each link is time-limited and can only be used once.
If you did not request a Writrex SEO sign-in email, you can safely ignore it.
