Purpose of the service

Writrex SEO analyzes publicly accessible webpages and returns structured on-page SEO information. Results are intended to support research and decision-making and do not constitute legal, financial or professional guarantees.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access Writrex SEO. Passwordless sign-in links are personal, time-limited credentials and must not be shared. You must notify us if you believe your account or sign-in link has been accessed without authorization.

One-page website preview

Eligible visitors may run one complete single-page website preview without creating an account. The preview does not create a user, balance or transferable credit entitlement. Browser and network controls, expiration periods and reasonable request limits apply. Attempts to evade those controls or automate repeated previews are prohibited.

Credits and availability

Writrex SEO may use credits to measure access to paid service operations. Credit package details are shown before purchase. Promotional or free credits may be subject to eligibility limits and may not have a cash value. Payment, refund and expiry terms will be presented as applicable before paid checkout is enabled.

Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must have the right or authorization to audit any submitted webpage and must comply with applicable laws, website terms and third-party rights.

Prohibited use

You must not use the service to access private systems, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content, overload infrastructure, conduct unauthorized scanning, violate privacy rights, manipulate credit or payment systems, or interfere with the service or other users.

Audit limitations

Audit results are generated from webpage content available at the time of a request. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate because of website configuration, dynamic content, network conditions or software limitations. Search rankings and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Availability and changes

We may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or product development. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

Third-party services

Writrex SEO may be accessed through third-party services such as ChatGPT and analyzes third-party webpages. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Writrex is not responsible for their content or operation.

Intellectual property

Writrex SEO, its branding and its original software and documentation are owned by Writrex or its licensors. Ownership of audited webpage content remains with its respective owner.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Writrex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
